To collect from a point of sale or vending machine, you will need to present the collection QR CODE, available on your order confirmation.

Contract terms
Have a signed collaboration agreement with the Megève ski area.
Place the order with the sales department (info@ski.megeve.com) no later than 5 days before the client’s arrival, or directly via the app if an “online purchase” contract is in place.
Pay by bank transfer upon receipt of the quote, or by bank card if using the app.
Lift passes will be delivered to the hotel if payment is received 5 days prior to the first day of skiing; otherwise, they must be collected by presenting a voucher at the Rochebrune, Chamois, or Mont d’Arbois ticket offices.
Orders placed via the app can be collected using QR codes at the self-service kiosks at Rochebrune, Chamois, or Mont d’Arbois.
