CLEAN YOUR MOUNTAIN - MAY 24 & 25, 2024
Megève is renewing its “Ménage ta montagne” operation with two days dedicated to collecting waste left on the slopes during the winter. Friday May 24, 2024 will be reserved for school groups and Saturday May 25, 2024 will be open to the public.
Meet at on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at the Cote 2000 car park. It will be possible to carpool from the Jaillet car park between 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Remember to equip yourself with a shopping bag and gloves. As a bonus, enjoy a zero waste buffet offered at the end of the collection. New this year: bring your cutlery and plate!
Registrations until May 22, 2024 at the town hall with Sandrine Gibault on +33 (0)4 50 93 29 11 or on the “J’agits pour la nature” website by entering “Megève” in the search bar.

JULY 2024 - LESSON of ELECTRIC Mountain bike
Learn about electric mountain biking for half a day in partnership with MB Race. Discover the trails of the Pays du Mont-Blanc by electrically assisted mountain bike and at your level.
Outing supervised by a qualified instructor, you will discover magnificent landscapes and we promise you a very beautiful day. > Two groups:
- Beginner level group: morning
- Advanced level group: afternoon
Meet at the summit of Rochebrune on Tuesday July 23 at 9:15 a.m. or 2 p.m. depending on your level group.
Registration required €25 (price includes ski lift and VTTAE rental)

In paternship with the Megève Guides Office, enjoy a thematic walk accompanied by a mountain professional on July 21 & 31 then August 4 & 14. Two themes are proposed:
- “Megève seen from above” (morning at 9:30 a.m.): half-day hikes with a reading of the landscape, heritage, history of the Rochebrune cable car…
- “Discovery of medicinal plants” (afternoon at 2:30 p.m.): half-day hike.

Come and discover the Megève area by mountain bike! In partnership with the MB Race, we offer you a MTB activity supervised by state-certified instructorsat the top of the Rochebrune cable car. > Two groups:
- Initiation group: fun workshops and technical exercises then a short hike to put into practice what has been learned - Advanced group : advanced level technical exercises then put into practice on the descent of Petite Fontaine.
Meetings Thursday July 18 and Tuesday August 20 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Registration required €25 (price includes ski lifts)
Open to adults and children aged 6 and over.
